Whether our team is cleaning the windows of the Vanderbilt Imaging Science Center, cleaning the offices of Summit Medical Center, or refinishing the floors of the YMCA, they are professionals performing a myriad of specialized functions for which they have been carefully selected and trained.

Our executive team is prepared to oversee your project, ensuring the highest and best cooperation, assuring as smooth a startup operation as possible.

Diversified understands that employees are on our front-lines and the heartbeat of our company’s growth. Therefore, we’ve done what no other company in this industry will do! We have implemented a Monthly Bonus Incentive based on the level of performance in each building. This program has recruited and maintained some of the most qualified employees in this industry. Our goal for each employee or team is to maintain a 90% or better rating at each location. When this is done they can receive a 5%-10% bonus each month. This is just another commitment of our service to YOU!

The following are Diversified’s Employee Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • City & County Police Report required
  • If felony charges, must present disposition papers
  • Must wear uniforms
  • Must be punctual
  • Zero tolerance for drug and alcohol use, stealing & sexual harassment
  • Experience not required, but a plus
  • Mandatory orientation
